INDEPENDENT SELLER AGREEMENT
This Agreement is executed between Ayush Mantra Naturals Pvt Ltd (The Company) and Sudhir Ranjan (The Associate), Seller ID: EA0001. By signing this document, the Associate agrees to the terms mentioned below.
1. APPOINTMENT
The Company appoints the Associate as an Independent Business Partner to promote and market Ayurvedic products. This association is on a principal-to-principal basis.
2. COMPLIANCE
The Associate must strictly adhere to the Direct Selling Guidelines 2021 and Company's Code of Ethics. Any misrepresentation of products will lead to immediate termination.
3. REMUNERATION
Commissions and incentives will be paid based on the successful sales volume as per the Sales Plan. All payments are subject to applicable TDS and GST regulations.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Associate is permitted to use the Company logo and branding solely for promotion as per the approved marketing materials. No modifications are allowed.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Associate agrees to keep all trade secrets, customer data, and sales strategies confidential during and after the tenure of this agreement.
6. JURISDICTION
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh.
