INDEPENDENT SELLER AGREEMENT
This Agreement is executed between Ayush Mantra Naturals Pvt Ltd and Sudhir Ranjan, Seller ID: EA0001.
1. SCOPE OF ASSOCIATION
The Associate is authorized to promote and facilitate the sale of Ayurvedic wellness products as an Independent Business Partner.
2. ETHICAL CONDUCT
The Associate agrees to represent products accurately and ethically, adhering to Official Partner Manual guidelines.
3. COMPENSATION
Commissions shall be calculated based on the Sales Plan. All payments are subject to TDS and government taxes.
4. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. Breach of policy leads to immediate termination.
